Tuber Sale Important Info

Ordering Info

-All tubers for sale on our site have been grown, harvested, and divided by us. We do not resell from other growers or imports.

-It is our goal to ensure your tubers arrive healthy, viable, and true to variety. Please ensure to open and inspect your tuber within 7 days of receiving your shipment and contact us within that period with any tuber health concerns. We cannot address any concerns of tuber health post 7 days of receipt of package. Should there be any issues with tuber health within 7 days of receipt, we will either replace the tuber or issue a refund if the tuber is no longer available.

-Please note we do our very best to ensure your purchase is true to the variety selected however mistakes do happen. Should this be the case, please reach out to us so we can resolve the issue with a solution of equal value.

-Please note bloom size, colour, and productivity can vary slightly due to conditions such as climate, soil, rainfall, growing conditions ect.

-We cannot be held liable for plant health post 7 days of receipt due to concerns of unpredictable weather/growing conditions, pests, neglect, or purchasers care for tubers post purchase.

-Items in cart are not guaranteed until checkout is complete

-All sales include BC sales tax

-Shipping to Canada only. All tubers will be shipped out in mid March- early April, weather permitting for safety of tubers. They will not ship out any later than mid April.

-Once an order is placed, tubers cannot be added or subtracted. If you would like additional tubers after your order is placed, please place a new order as orders cannot be combined.

-All sales are final, no refunds after purchase.

-We ship via Canada Post with a $20 flat rate for all orders under 15 tubers. Any orders over 15 tubers may have additional shipping charges. Local pickup will be available during select time periods in March free of charge. If you are interested in this, please message me in the checkout message section.

-Please be sure to check your mailing and email address is correct. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect submission information.

-If for any reason the tubers you ordered do not pass our inspection after winter storage and before shipping to you, we will contact you with possibilities for replacement or refund.
